1. Returns We accept returns of our products within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@katrixenergy.com.au.

2. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items The following items are non-refundable:

• Products that have been installed or used.
• Digital products or services.
